“Identity” is a reflection of myself; my culture, my land and the deep connection I have to my country.

The meeting places throughout this piece represent my home and the community that shaped me. Every layer of colour carries the warmth of Country; the reds, golds and earth tones that remind me of my roots.

The handprint is my grounding point. It’s a symbol of presence, belonging and the strength of my ancestors whose stories guide me. Through my dot work and contemporary colour choices, I honour tradition while showing the way I express culture today.
